About Bakke Development Corporation

The Company

Bakke Development Corp. was formed in 1996.  The Company is engaged in mixed-use land development including multifamily and Wal-Mart shadow anchored retail shopping centers in South Texas and the Texas Hill Country markets.
    
The Company headquarters are located at 21 Lynn Batts Lane, San Antonio, Texas.

Independent Contractors, Inc. (ICI) is a general contracting company also wholly owned  by the principals of BAKKE DEVELOPMENT CORP.  ICI is responsible for construction on all of BAKKE DEVELOPMENT CORP.'s projects.  Managing development/construction costs and delivery schedules are greatly enhanced by controlling these functions.
